Sessions in Nottingham

Superb Fitness, in Nottingham, offers a unique and fun atmosphere in which to reach your personal fitness goals. Catering for beginners, intermediates, advanced, and elite fitness enthusiasts, our fitness and exercise classes take place outside, helping to keep participants challenged and motivated.

New and Exciting Sessions

Our sessions include functional training, body weight training, core strengthening, boxercise, and partner workouts. Each session is completely different while maintaining the right focus. It's also great to measure your fitness from time to time so at Superb Fitness we test you every eight to ten weeks to positively reinforce progress and determine when you are ready for the next level.

Getting Started

Locations and Membership

Our sessions take place at two separate Nottingham locations.

At Bramcote Hills Park on Monday and Wednesday between 7:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m and Saturday 10:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m and we meet in the car park next to the playground.

At The Hook, Lady Bay (opposite the Rugby Club) on Tuesday and Thursday between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and we meet in the car park next to the skate park.
