New and Exciting Sessions
Our sessions include functional training, body weight training, core strengthening, boxercise, and partner workouts. Each session is completely different while maintaining the right focus. It's also great to measure your fitness from time to time so at Superb Fitness we test you every eight to ten weeks to positively reinforce progress and determine when you are ready for the next level.
