About Superb Fitness

Superb Fitness was founded by Calberth 'Charlie' Charles as an alternative form of group-based fitness training to gyms in Nottingham. With more than 15 years' experience in top-level sports, injury prevention, nutrition, and rehabilitation, we offer an all-round package to meet your goals. Specialising in outdoor fitness classes in Nottingham, our sessions are tailored to get you in the best shape of your life within a short period of time. Fitness should be fun for everyone, and if you are looking for a workout with a difference, you are in the right place.

Working Toward a Shared Goal

The idea of Superb Fitness is to get people of all fitness levels outdoors and training in parks while being motivated and encouraged by highly trained instructors. Although many refer to us as a bootcamp, our sessions are never intimidating, but instead fun and effective. Each fitness session lasts for one hour, and you will be working together in teams doing core stability training, boxercise, strength and conditioning training, partner exercises, and much more. We have the expertise in training professional sports teams and elite military personnel and utilise this to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We are not only just about training, we also boast Adventure Days where our members have the opportunity to participate in rock climbing, raft building, canoeing and kayaking just to name a few. We also run social events for our members to meet and interact with eachother away from the dirt, grass and mud and just unwind!


 

Extra Activities

Members of Superb Fitness participate in a variety of events ranging from Runs to Obstacle Courses. Some of which are X Runner, Tough Mudder and Water Wipeout. In addition to the annual Continental Thunder Run.
